How is the remaining 50% billed?

After your deposit is made, the cow is harvested, packaged, and weighed. The final weight is charged at the price per pound based on your beef selection, and an invoice is sent to the email you provided when making your deposit. The invoice must be paid within 72 hours, as deliveries are scheduled quickly to ensure the freshness of our product.

How does delivery work?

We use the phone number provided at the time of deposit to have our delivery team coordinate a delivery date and 2-hour window (e.g., 9 AM–11 AM). Someone must be home to receive the package unless express written consent is provided by the customer. Please include any necessary delivery instructions, such as gate codes, to assist the driver.

Is the beef 100% USA raised?

Yes, our ranchers are based in Wyoming and Montana, where their cows are raised on wide-open American pastures. The beef is then processed in USDA-approved facilities within the United States, ensuring the entire process remains 100% American.

How much freezer space do I need?

Quarter Cow : ~4-5 Cubic Feet (Small Freezer or typical freezer space in standard freezer/refrigerator combo)

Half Cow: ~8-10 Cubic Feet

Whole Cow: ~16-20 Cubic Feet

Where can I get a freezer?

Stores like Costco, Best Buy, and Home Depot have freezers that can easily accommodate a Half Cow starting at $299!

Which quarter of the cow do I get?

Our quarters are divided up evenly so you get a little bit of everything!

Is your beef antibiotic and hormone free?

Yes! None of our family-run ranches use antibiotics or hormones—ever!

Is your beef dry aged?

Our grass fed wagyu beef is dry aged 2-3 weeks and our grassfed black angus beef is dry and wet aged for about 2 weeks. Dry aging involves aging beef in a controlled environment to enhance flavor and tenderness through moisture evaporation and enzymatic breakdown, while wet aging is done by sealing beef in vacuum packaging to retain moisture while achieving similar tenderness.

How long does it take to get my order after I make the pre-order deposit?

We source only the best beef from small family-run ranches that adhere to our strict quality standards. Our minimum order with any of these ranches is 10 cows at one time. Once we reach 10 cows worth of pre-orders, processing and delivery takes about 3-6 weeks depending on the time of year (we estimate 10-12 weeks).

Do you use any regenerative farming practices?

Our ranchers practice regenerative methods by using cow manure to fertilize crops grown on the ranch, creating a sustainable loop that supports both healthy pastures and nutrient-rich grains.

Is your beef Soy and GMO free?

Absolutely! Our cows are never fed Soy or GMO products EVER!

Is your beef certified organic?

While we aren’t certified organic, we source only the best beef from small family ranches that adhere to strict, natural practices. These ranches prioritize letting cows roam freely and graze on grass as nature intended, avoiding pesticides and herbicides, but the high cost of organic certification makes it out of reach for these dedicated producers.

What kind of cows are these?

The grass-fed cows are Black Angus. The grass-fed Wagyu is American Kobe.

Are the facilities USDA approved?

Yes, our cows are pasture-raised on open ranches and processed at a USDA-inspected and approved facility, Atlas Meat Company, located in Fort Collins, Colorado.

How is the meat packaged?

Your order will come in boxes, and inside each cut will be vacuumed to ensure freshness.

How long will beef keep in the freezer?

To ensure optimal quality and freshness, please enjoy within 12 months.

Can I order custom cuts and thicknesses?

At this time we only offer the listed cuts and do not offer custom thicknesses on steaks.

Do you offer refunds?

To ensure the highest level of freshness for our customers, our beef is harvested to order. As a result, deposits are non-refundable, as the process cannot be reversed. However, if you encounter any issues with your order upon delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

How is the meat transported?

We deliver your beef using freezer trucks, ensuring it arrives perfectly fresh.

What forms of payment do you accept and do you offer financing?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and offer Shopify Payments, which provides flexible installment options for easier payment management.
