Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

• Non-Refundable Deposits:
  Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a deposit is made, it cannot be returned or refunded for any reason. This is because your deposit covers sourcing, processing, and harvesting costs specific to your order. Once the cows are harvested, we cannot reverse this process or reallocate the product.

• Perishables Disclaimer:
  We cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been delivered or shipped. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order during the confirmed delivery window.
