Terms of Service

Welcome to OC Grass Fed! By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Pricing and Payments:

    • Pricing is based on a per-pound rate. Deposits are calculated at 50% of the estimated packaged weight, with final pricing adjusted based on the actual weight.
    • Remaining balances must be paid prior to delivery via the emailed invoice.

  2. Customer Responsibility:

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring availability during the confirmed delivery window.
    • Proper storage of the beef after delivery is the customer’s responsibility.

  3. Shipping Liability:

    • We package and handle all products with care before delivery or shipping. OC Grass Fed is not liable for delays, damages, or spoilage caused during transit by third-party carriers.

  4. Force Majeure:

    • We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or supply chain issues.
